I haven't been able to work myself up to posting our menu every week (it's working out to about every other week), but we have lots of yummy stuff in between, so I wanted to throw these pictures and links out there as well.
When Elisabeth went to the birthday party (as Josefina) last weekend, she took some of her own GAPS-friendly eats along with her, including these Pizza Bites (or Pizza Nuggets as we've been calling them)...
We warmed up tomato sauce with Italian Seasoning and Garlic Salt to use as dipping sauce for these pizza nuggets...they were YUM! |
These. are. addictive. |
...and finally, she took Chocolate Ice Cream.
We had Arica and her family over to eat with us on Tuesday, and for dessert we made (again!) this yummy apple tart:
We've made this tart about, oh...10 times now. That might be a slight exaggeration...but only slight. We change the recipe slightly to make it GAPS-friendly...and we love it. Love it! Elisabeth makes it by herself now. Bonus.
Forgot to take an "After" picture of the tart, and then...it was GONE! |
