Our new Pizza Lady?

After I had our pizza crusts pressed out the other night, Elisabeth asked if she could decorate them.




I was happy to step aside and let her have the pleasure.



She spread the tomato puree around the crust...then sprinkled on the seasonings...then she was very generous with the mozzarella (which pleased Jas...he thinks I'm stingy with the cheese)...and finally, the pepperoni.



She did a great job...and she just might have herself a new job every Friday night!
