Lily Kay: (in a very alarmed voice that scared me at first) "Mama! Gabriel is trying to PHONE NUMBER someone!" (It turns out that G had a cordless phone and was pushing some of the numbers.)
Noah: (to another family member - who shall remain nameless - who probably actually deserved it) "Please stop. You're just being a smart Alex."
Noah: (in discussing something that would taper off, instead of just stopping) "OH! So it won't just stop cold meat!" (He quickly realized that what he meant to say was "cold turkey"...and the sheepish grin on his face was precious.)
