Me & My {Five} Treasures

On Sunday morning we were - totally out of character and totally inexplicably - running ahead of schedule getting to church.

So what is a mama to do? Everyone freshly bathed? All the children dressed as nice as they ever get?

Take pictures, of course!

After a few false starts...

...we got better...



...and better.

Everyone looking at the camera - well, everyone except for the 9-week old, but we'll let him off the hook...this time. Everyone smiling. Yes, LK's head is floating at the bottom of the pic without a body apparent anywhere...but I needed to have realistic expectations. We were on a deadline...

The blue theme was totally not planned...but it worked out well.

And after messing around taking pictures, we got to church at the same time we normally do: slipping into a row - as inconspicuously as a family of 7 can - just as the praise band played the first worship song!
