Lily Kay's hair was getting stringy and was
badly in need of a trim....and it was making she and I oh so sad:

O.k., maybe it was just bothering me.
I don't know what possessed me to think I could do this - maybe I just "got a wild hair" - but I pulled out the scissors and went to town on her hair.

It turned out good, much to my surprise!

I really thought we might have to run to our beloved Mrs. Donna for a repair job...

...but we like it!

I do, too!! I have somewhat learned to cut my boys' hair...it saves so much money!
