Our (Not so) Little Elisabeth is Seven!

It seems like just yesterday that we first saw a picture of our precious little 11-month old bundle-of-love waiting for us in China.

And while she is still every bit as precious...

...she is definitely not little anymore.

This right-brained, creative girl is constantly totally amazing her decidely left-brained mama.



She loves (and is great at) singing and dancing...picking out songs on the piano...making up and writing stories...creative, imaginative play. Everything that her mama is not good at.

Yes, the Lord has definitely used this precious child - our first-born -to teach Jas and I alot.

And thankfully, even though she was our first guinea pig, she seems to be turning out o.k. anyway.

Well, mostly o.k....

Sort of o.k.
Now that Libeth is 7...until the next birthday (which will be Daniel in November)...the children are 7, 6,5, and 4. Rolls right off the tongue...I like these 5 months out of the year.

And Elisabeth is very proud to be the big sister of our little troop. As she should be.
