Best Friends

When I look at these pictures, it only serves to remind me how much my children really and truly like and enjoy one another.

They truly are each other's best friends.


And I give the majority of the credit to us homeschooling.

They only spend a few waking hours apart in a week.


People ask me all the time if they get along well.


And I answer that they certainly have their fair share of...ahem, disagreements, but that they actually do get along very well.


While they occasionally say and do things to each other that make me frown, more of the time - and more and more all the time -they say and do things to each other that make me smile.

They help each other. They encourage one another. They look out for one another. They seek out one another.

They love one another.

And that? Makes this mama smile.
